  1. RESMGR is a resource decompiler/manager.  It
  2. can view/add/replace/remove resources from
  3. either a .EXE, a .DLL or a .RES file.  It can
  4. also decompile these resources into a .RC
  5. script.  Resources can be extracted from OS/2
  6. 1.x or OS/2 2.x files (Warp included).
